How do I determine my correct hat size?
To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head about one inch above your eyebrows using a soft measuring tape. Most of our hats also feature an internal drawstring for a custom, adjustable fit.
Are Wallaroo hats packable for travel?
Yes, many of our styles are specifically designed to be 'packable' or 'crushable.' You can fold them into your suitcase or backpack, and they will regain their shape once unpacked.
What is the UPF rating of your headwear?
The majority of our hats are UPF 50+, which means they block 97.5% of harmful ultraviolet rays. Check the specific product description for the exact rating of each style.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your hat for an upcoming event or vacation.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your hat. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
Can I wash my Wallaroo hat?
Care instructions vary by material. Most of our microfiber and fabric hats can be hand-washed with mild soap, while our straw and paper-braid hats should only be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth.
