At Wallaroo Hat Company, we want you to love your sun protection as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Hat

  Carefully place your hat in its original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure it maintains its shape and structural integrity during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
